WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Correctly and accurately perform trailer inspections.
  • Correctly identifies all raw material, finished goods, cores, and packaging items, and can confirm receipts of any articles (including maintenance parts, parcels, etc.) with assistance. Can deliver all articles to the correct location/person as needed.
  • Basic Venture understanding and open to learning the computer programs associated with the shipping department.
  • Loads and unloads trailers accurately - can follow a provided load list accurately.
  • Assists in housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing the warehouse.
  • Assists with required finished goods and resin inventory.
  • Provides support to Material Handling, Rewinder and Reprocessing when necessary.
  • Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals.

Shift/Schedule:

  • 12-hour continental shift 

Compensation:

  • Starting wage at $24.00/ hour

  • Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
  • Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
  • Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers
  • Maintain production volume and efficiency
  • Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed

OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous shipping experience is preferred
  • Forklift experience required
  • Strong work and personal ethics
  • Effectively communicate and work alongside company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to upper management
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Work
  • A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance
