Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Junior Software Engineer based in Ottawa, ON. The Junior Software Engineer will assist with designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. Responsibilities include supporting back-end web development, programming tasks, and applying object-oriented programming principles to build robust applications. Additional duties include collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
  • Experience with Back-End Web Development and creating dynamic, scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices and tools is an asset.
