The Role

As our Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a 2–5 person painting crew, ensuring jobs are completed with excellence and efficiency. You'll be the bridge between the field and the office — keeping clients happy, jobs on track, and your team dialed in.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily crew huddles and set clear expectations
  • Ensure all prep, production, and cleanup meets company standards
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage time cards, materials, and jobsite logistics
  • Train and mentor apprentices and painters
  • Report progress and issues to the Production Manager

Must-Have Experience

  • 2+ years leading residential or commercial paint crews
  • Mastery of interior and exterior painting techniques
  • Ability to read scopes and stay on budgeted hours
  • Clear communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
