The Role
As our Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a 2–5 person painting crew, ensuring jobs are completed with excellence and efficiency. You'll be the bridge between the field and the office — keeping clients happy, jobs on track, and your team dialed in.
What You'll Do
- Run daily crew huddles and set clear expectations
- Ensure all prep, production, and cleanup meets company standards
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
- Manage time cards, materials, and jobsite logistics
- Train and mentor apprentices and painters
- Report progress and issues to the Production Manager
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years leading residential or commercial paint crews
- Mastery of interior and exterior painting techniques
- Ability to read scopes and stay on budgeted hours
- Clear communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
