Company Overview:

Colorworks is a leader in the automotive repair and refinishing industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service, quality workmanship, and an outstanding customer experience. We are currently looking to add an Estimator to our Barrie location team.

Position Summary:

The Estimator plays a key role in delivering accurate repair estimates and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, and experience working in a body shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Prepare accurate estimates using Audatex (training available for qualified candidates).
  • Communicate with insurance companies, suppliers, and technicians to coordinate repair details.
  • Review vehicle damage and determine repair methods and costs.
  • Maintain detailed and organized job files in accordance with company standards.
  • Support the production team in ensuring timely and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Previous body shop or automotive industry experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Audatex estimating software is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Experience Level:

  • Open to candidates from beginner to experienced estimator levels.
  • Training and development opportunities available for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
