The Role

We're looking for a motivated and friendly Barista who is equally comfortable pulling a perfect espresso shot as they are prepping fresh food for the day. This is a full-time position starting early in the morning (6:30am) and wrapping up mid-afternoon (3:00pm), ideal for someone who loves mornings and enjoys the rhythm of café life.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages to Humble's high quality standards
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
  • Assist in prepping fresh food items for the café menu
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, prep area, and seating area
  • Restock supplies and keep the café ready for service throughout the day
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous barista or café experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
  • Comfortable with early mornings and able to work 6:30am – 3:00pm shifts
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable personality with great communication skills
  • Food prep or kitchen experience is an asset
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and cleanliness
