Parts Advisor – Full Time

Forman Honda – Brandon, MB

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts & Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries.
  • Look up and source parts using manufacturer catalogues and online systems.
  • Work the parts counter and support both retail and internal service departments.
  • Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate parts deliveries and accept incoming shipments.
  • Perform inventory tasks: cycle counts, stocking shelves, organizing warehouse, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Deliver parts to local shops/customers as required.
  • Support technicians by pulling and preparing parts for repair orders.
  • Assist with warranty parts tagging and returns.
  • Weekend rotation and some evenings as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong reliability, positive attitude, and solid character.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment (phones, counter, deliveries).
  • Comfortable with computers and willing to learn parts systems (CDK, Honda catalogues).
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move between warehouse and front counter frequently.
  • Previous automotive or parts experience is an asset, but we will train the right person.

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour
