THE OPPORTUNITY

With exciting growth, opportunities and partnerships, Impact is seeking an Electrical Journeyperson, to join our Service Team, based out of our Rosetown, SKlocation. The Journeyperson will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer's equipment; wiring and installing of equipment on Agriculture, Farm and Commercial sites and projects; organizing all material; leading and teaching the Apprentices working with you, as they learn new skills and techniques in the electrical industry.

Our team would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Hold a valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as a Construction Electrician
  • Experience with Agriculture, Farm and Commercial Service is an asset
  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Eagerness to be great and grow
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • A safety advocate
  • Valid and clean class 5 drivers license, endorsements are an asset
  • Able to complete a Criminal Record Check

THE WORK

Well, we do a lot of things Oil & Gas, Mining, Agriculture, Commercial, but today we are focusing on Service. Here we go

  • 75% of our work is Agriculture and Farm, while 25% is Commercial and Residential Service
  • Operating power tools, equipment, and measuring and testing devices
  • Pulling and terminating wire
  • Installing electrical equipment
  • Building and laying conduit
  • Motor wiring and control
  • Troubleshooting and issues that arise
  • Executing maintenance agreements
  • Ensuring electrical equipment installs meet or exceed code and manufacturer requirements
  • Completing safety documentation
  • Assisting with shop clean up and maintenance
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the work site
