In NZ, Arnotts is undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and local investment with the establishment on a new manufacturing facility in Auckland and recent acquisition of the Mother Earth brand.
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis, covering the North Shore. The Territory Manager will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.
What your day looks like:
- Leading and mentoring merchandisers in your territory
- Liaising & negotiating with key decision makers in stores
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contributing effectively as a member of the NZ field team
- Effective management of your POS & Merchandiser budget

- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results

- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation

- FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
