Green Theory Design is a specialty manufacturing company that fabricates custom outdoor and indoor site furnishings. More recently adding a line of modular outdoor kitchens. Our Tillsonburg, ON location is looking to hire a Takeoff Technician/ Estimator to join their team.

Qualifications required:

  • 2+ years' related experience
  • Strong ability to read landscape/architectural plans to identify specific items
  • Proficiency in Planswift
  • Experience with Cyncly an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to manage your individual workload and prioritize tasks effectively

Duties:

  • Review architectural plans to identify and extrapolate required info
  • Coordinate with estimators to clarify scope and verify accuracy
  • Create a package with relevant spec sheets
  • Maintain organized records of files and revisions
  • Estimate and provide quotes to clients as per specifications
