We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Worker to join our culinary team. Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are sanitized.
  • Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions on food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Strong cooking skills with a basic understanding of meal preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
