- Identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvements
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment, grow areas, processing rooms, tools, and workspaces
About You
You're hands-on, reliable, observant, and eager to contribute to a team focused on excellence in cultivation. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to support a busy operational environment with accuracy and care.
Essential requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software
- Completion of OSSGD or equivalent
Experience with hydroponic systems would be considered an asset.
