Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Superintendent to join our team for few upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site

· Monitor project progress, ensuring efficient workflow

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

· Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

· Review and interpret construction documents, including blueprints, schematics and specifications

· Oversee budgeting and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle

· Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in construction supervision or related role

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials

· Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Effective communication and leadership abilities

· Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction professionals

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

· Experience in budgeting and cost control measures for construction projects

· Knowledge of construction estimating techniques

· Must have direct and demonstrable working experience on industrial projects.

· Successfully managed electrical activities on projects, fully knowledgeable and experienced in the means, processes and methods needed to successfully construct and install site preparation work

· Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
