Summary
Join Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) as a Records & Information Management Student You'll work directly with the Information Management and Technology Manager, supporting digital transformation and maintaining key business applications.

Wage Rate per Hour
: $17.60 per hour
Hours per Week:
35

Responsibilities

  • Configure and populate the Conservation Authority Content Management System (CACMS)
  • Migrate content from MS SharePoint and Teams to CACMS
  • Provide user support, training, and technical communications to diverse audiences
  • Assist with implementation, testing, and client training for CACMS and related business applications
  • Support shared service agreements through CACMS application assistance

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or college diploma, with a focus on records management
  • Understanding of content management systems, records classification, and retention
  • Minimum one year of work experience
  • Proficient with specialized software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams)
  • Experience in creating AI agents is considered an asset

  • Eligible applicants must:

  • Be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of employment

  • Have been registered as a full-time student in the previous academic year and intend to return full-time next year
  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada
