- Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients in your community
- Consult on auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions
- Deliver world-class client service: policy changes, claims support, billing
- Grow your client book, hit sales goals, and earn great rewards
- Leverage our large existing client base 

What You Bring

- Confidence, positivity, and strong people skills
- A drive for results — you set goals and achieve them
- OTL / RIBO / LLQP license (or willingness to obtain with our support)
- Sales, customer service, or financial services background (asset, not dealbreaker)
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn in a high-energy environment
