Key Responsibilities

Project Execution


•Lead the delivery of capital projects—starting with the first commercial-scale facility—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope completion. Support the foundation for 15+ future projects over the next five years.

Process Development


•Implement robust project management systems, refining processes for planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


•Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Finance, and Business Development to align goals and resolve challenges across teams.

Leadership


•Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performance, growth-focused culture.

External Representation


•Serve as a company ambassador, fostering strong relationships with partners and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Project Experience


•8+ years managing large-scale capital projects in oil & gas, power, or heavy industry—ideally from the owner's side. Full lifecycle experience from design to operational handover.

Leadership


•Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, with hands-on progression from Project Engineer to Project Manager.

Technical Expertise


•Strong grasp of project management methodologies, engineering principles, and interdisciplinary coordination across R&D and commercial teams.

Approach


•Action-oriented, process-driven, and solutions-focused, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Preferred


•Experience with first-of-its-kind technologies in startup or scale-up settings; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
