Reporting to the Team Leader, Quadrus Services & Admin., you will be responsible for "in kind" transfers of third party funds between Quadrus Investment Services and other mutual fund dealers and advisors transferring their books of business in/out of Quadrus.
This is a temporary full-time contract for 12-months.
What you will do:
Review client statements, providing quotes advising paperwork requirements for 'in kind' transfersAccurate and timely processing of transferred assetsMaintenance of electronic records of each transferRegular communication with the field on transfers and product related issuesWorking within service standards to minimize financial impactCorresponding regularly with other mutual fund companies and dealersWorking with external advisors to transition their books of businessWhat you will bring:
A thorough understanding combined with experience working with mutual funds, investment products and mutual fund dealers is requiredA previous role working in Fundserv and Investment Centre is an assetIFIC Sales/IFIC Operations preferred is an assetPrevious experience in a role that required a strong attention to detail while working towards deadlines is requiredPrevious experience providing excellent customer service in the investment industry including advisors is an assetStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work independentlyProficient in MS Office including ExcelSelf-motivated and enjoy a busy work environmentAs this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.-
The base salary for this position is between $42,500.00 minimum - $67,000.00 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
