Custom Courier is looking to hire a full-time billing and CSR office clerk.

This is a full-time position with a primary schedule of 8:30 to 5:00. Monday to Friday.

This job will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Answering multi-line telephone system.

  • Data entering pro-bills/manifests into our billing system for invoicing/billing.

  • Maintain communication with customers, drivers, employees, and other departments to ensure accuracy.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have attention to detail and be able to multi-task as needed.

  • Have excellent and efficient time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a good ability to work under pressure.

  • Have good problem-solving skills and be able to resolve problems and make decisions to enhance customer service.

  • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined.

We offer a competitive wage of $40,000 - $45,000 per hour depending on experience, along with a benefits plan, company matching Pension Plan and profit sharing.

Previous experience in the transportation industry would be beneficial but not required.

Previous office experience is a must.
