Job DescriptionAs a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with recruitment coordinators, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process. You will bring 1-2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience and possess a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An RPR designation is considered an asset.
What would you be doing?
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule pre-employment testing to identify top talent and support the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates while collaborating with internal teams to meet departmental hiring needs.
- Post job openings on the ATS website and job boards and guide shortlisted candidates through the application process for a positive experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system, maintaining efficient recruitment operations and clear candidate communication.
- Provide regular updates to active candidates and perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

- Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, familiar with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experienced in conducting behavioural-based interviews across multiple formats (in-person, phone, video).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent computer skills, with superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check.
