Custodian
The Custodian position is a great new opportunity on our Antec Controls team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility. We are looking for an individual who has a high attention to detail, can self organize and show the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include

• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment to ensure a clean and tidy environment
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, including washrooms and lunchrooms
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment effectively
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling in designated areas
• Use basic cleaning supplies efficiently and safely
• Watering indoor plants
• Support snow and ice clearing from walkways and doorways to maintain safe access
• Assist with furnishings within the facility
• Support routine maintenance and assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks
• Report on all deficiencies
