Position Overview:

The CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) Analyst is responsible for executing demand forecasting and inventory management strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations for inventory productivity and service levels. The role focuses on the assigned LG product portfolio and involves aligning product supply with market demand through collaboration across sales, logistics, and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Planning:

  • Develop customer-level plans at national, distribution center (DC), and store levels.
  • Analyze sell-in/sell-out data to align forecasts with current trends and market conditions.
  • Track and evaluate promotional events and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Monitor and optimize channel inventory levels.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including New Product Introductions (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) transitions.
  • Ensure channel service level targets and inventory goals are met.
  • Partner with logistics to maintain supply chain transparency and efficiency.
  • Maintain and report on performance scorecards (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Process Improvement:

  • Deliver value-added services to enhance supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement flexible, cost-efficient supply chain solutions to reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Proactively resolve supply disruptions and coverage gaps.
  • Evaluate forecasting accuracy and alignment with inventory KPIs and sales capabilities.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability and operational efficiency within the planning organization.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Leadership and influencing capabilities across teams and stakeholders.

Additional Assets:

  • CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management – APICS) certification preferred.
