What Will You Do?

Vos responsabilités seront, entre autres:

  • Promouvoir la culture d'amélioration continue et les meilleures pratiques au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Planifier, exécuter et déployer des projets visant à optimiser les coûts, la qualité et les délais de livraison.
  • Diriger la résolution des problèmes qualité et améliorer les processus organisationnels à l'aide de méthodes reconnues (Kaizen, Ishikawa, FMEA, 5S).
  • Gérer les outils de qualité (système documentaire, indicateurs de performance).
  • Assurer la conformité des dossiers qualité pour chaque commande client et représenter l'entreprise dans les échanges avec les clients (PIM, ITP, Witness/Hold, plaintes).
  • Traiter les non-conformités, définir et suivre les actions correctives et préventives.
  • Maintenir et améliorer le système qualité pour répondre aux exigences ISO 9001:2015 et garantir la pérennité des certifications.
  • Superviser la revue documentaire et l'inspection finale avant expédition.
  • Offrir un support technique à l'inspection et à la production.
  • Planifier et gérer les audits internes et externes (fournisseurs, sous-traitants) et former les employés en conséquence.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue en santé, sécurité et environnement, et promouvoir un milieu de travail sécuritaire.
  • Coordonner les activités avec l'équipe régionale (stratégie, KPI).

Ce poste nécessite une présence sur site et plusieurs interactions avec différents acteurs: personnel de production, ingénierie, gestion de projets, achats, clients et fournisseurs.

Your Experience Should Be...

Essentiels

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en amélioration continue et en gestion de la qualité en milieu manufacturier.
  • Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou discipline équivalente.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes d'analyse et d'organisation (Kanban, 5S, FMEA, Pareto, Ishikawa).
  • Connaissance des analyses de risques et des causes fondamentales des non-conformités.
  • Familiarité avec la norme ISO 9001:2015.
  • Expérience en gestion documentaire et suivi des indicateurs de performance.
  • Compétences en analyse statistique des données.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Capacité à organiser et coordonner plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Leadership, dynamisme et excellentes aptitudes en communication.

Souhaitables

  • Certification Six Sigma Ceinture Verte.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des équipements rotatifs, de la fabrication métallique sur mesure et de la ventilation.
  • Connaissance des procédés d'inspection non destructive en fabrication métallique.
  • Expérience en audit de systèmes de gestion.
  • Personne de terrain,
