We are seeking a talented and personable Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. As a key member of our salon, you will contribute to creating stylish, confident looks while promoting retail products and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients' needs and offering expert advice.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and handling payments efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they feel valued and understood throughout their visit.
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist with strong hair styling skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment.
  • Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk efficiently.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products confidently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
