Position Overview
The Leasing Paralegal plays an essential role in supporting Leyad's legal and leasing operations by preparing, reviewing, and managing lease documentation across the company's portfolio. This position ensures all lease agreements and related legal documents are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and legal drafting skills, a solid understanding of real estate law, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related legal correspondence.
- Coordinate with leasing, property management, and legal teams to ensure lease terms align with business objectives.
- Track critical lease dates and maintain accurate lease records and databases.
- Prepare lease summaries, abstracts, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, brokers, and external counsel regarding lease documentation and status.
- Conduct basic legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative and document management support to the legal and leasing departments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Law Clerk, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a paralegal or law clerk role, with a focus on commercial leasing or real estate.
- Strong understanding of lease structures, real estate terminology, and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

L'assistant juridique en location joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien des opérations juridiques et de location de Leyad en préparant, en examinant et en gérant la documentation des baux à travers le portefeuille de l'entreprise. Ce poste garantit que tous les contrats de location et les documents juridiques connexes sont exacts, conformes et complétés dans les délais. Le candidat idéal possède de solides compétences en rédaction organisationnelle et juridique, une solide compréhension du droit immobilier et la capacité de collaborer efficacement entre plusieurs départements.
Responsabilités clés
- Rédiger, réviser et réviser les contrats de location, les renouvellements, les modifications et la correspondance juridique connexe.
- Coordonnez avec les équipes de location, de gestion immobilière et juridiques afin de vous assurer que les termes du bail correspondent aux objectifs commerciaux.
- Suivez les dates de location importantes et maintenez des registres et bases de données exacts.
- Préparez des résumés de bail, des résumés et des rapports pour les parties prenantes internes.
- Communiquez avec les locataires, propriétaires, courtiers et conseillers externes concernant la documentation et le statut du bail.
- Effectuez des recherches juridiques de base et assurez-vous du respect des lois applicables et des politiques de l'entreprise.
- Fournir un soutien administratif et de gestion documentaire aux départements juridique et de location.
Qualifications
- Diplôme ou diplôme en études parajuridiques, clerc juridique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de parajuriste ou de clerc juridique, avec un accent sur la location commerciale ou l'immobilier.
- Une solide compréhension des structures de baux, de la terminologie immobilière et de la documentation légale.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Une grande attention aux détails et de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes de gestion documentaire.
