Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will engage with children in meaningful activities that promote their development and well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education settings, and possess a strong understanding of caregiving principles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare environment.
- Bathe, dress and feed children
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Wash, iron and press clothing households linens
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
- Help children with homework
- Cook
- Teach and encourage children to learn and speak their parent's native language
Experience
- Ability to create engaging age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development .
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
