We are looking for an active, detail-oriented Back Shop Attendant to join our golf operations team. You will be responsible for the seamless movement of golf bags, the pristine condition of our power cart fleet, and the cleanliness of the practice facilities. This is a high-visibility role where your efficiency and friendly personality directly impact the guest's "arrival-to-departure" experience. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet golfers upon arrival, assist with unloading bags from vehicles, and transport equipment to the staging area or assigned carts.
• Maintain the entire cart fleet. This includes washing, detailing, and sanitizing carts after every use, as well as managing the charging/fueling rotation to ensure a "ready" fleet at all times.
• Stage power carts with scorecards, pencils, sand/seed bottles, and water bottles according to resort standards.
• Manage the putting greens.
• Provide professional club cleaning services for guests after their round. Assist with the organization and security of the "Bag Storage" room.
• Maintain cleanliness around the clubhouse, bag drop area, and cart barn. This includes debris removal and basic organization of outdoor furniture.
• Work closely with the Starter and Pro Shop to ensure golfers are moving toward the first tee on time with all necessary equipment.
• Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and GolfNorth Health & Safety program.

Qualifications:

• A high-energy "service" personality. You must enjoy being outdoors and interacting with guests.
• This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to lift golf bags (up to 50 lbs), jog between the staging area and the parking lot, and stand for long shifts.
• A valid driver's license is required to operate power carts and utility vehicles safely.
• Must be able to work early mornings (opening the range) or late evenings (closing the cart barn), including weekends and holidays.
• Pride in keeping equipment spotless and organized.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and assist with golf clubs if needed.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for all positions to ensure effective communication across the resort.
• Proficiency in French or other languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Mandarin) is considered a significant asset for customer-facing roles.

Working Conditions:

• Bending, balance, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), extended periods of standing
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
