As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and help shape accurate, fair, and profitable project pricing.

Role Overview:

As an Estimator at Denca Cabinets, you will be the key link between our design, production, and sales teams. You will take project plans and client requirements, accurately calculate material, labor, and overhead costs, and produce professional estimates that ensure project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural drawings, plans, and client specifications for residential cabinetry and renovation projects.
  • Perform accurate material takeoffs and calculate costs for custom cabinetry, hardware, finishes, and labor.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain a library of cost data, vendor pricing, and standard rates.
  • Adjust estimates and pricing in response to client changes, material availability, or project scope.
  • Support management in pricing strategy improvements to enhance profitability and competitiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–10+ years of experience in custom cabinetry, woodworking, or residential renovation estimating.
  • Proficiency with CAD, Cabinet Vision, 2020 Design, or similar software.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and elevations.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Adaptable and open to implementing new technology and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $78,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
