Cependant, les exigences du poste peuvent se traduire par un horaire variable, peut-être irrégulier, pour répondre aux objectifs de l'emploi. Le travail peut se faire en télétravail à domicile ou aux bureaux de la Fondation au TPC Toronto d'Osprey Valley à Caledon, en Ontario. Compte tenu de la nature de l'emploi, il se peut que l'on demande au candidat retenu de travailler au bureau ou les week-ends et de voyager. APERÇU : Le stagiaire au développement apportera un soutien direct à la coordonnatrice des opérations de la Fondation et, occasionnellement, au chef de la direction, à la directrice principale du développement et au directeur des évènements. Le candidat retenu se concentrera sur la coordination de l'administration des collectes de fonds sans but lucratif, la distribution des subventions et des bourses d'études, et l'aide au développement du programme national de golf junior. Le stagiaire sera en outre chargé de soutenir les projets et initiatives de collecte de fonds visant à réduire les obstacles à la pratique du golf pour divers groupes de population tels que les jeunes et les femmes. Ce poste comprendra également un solide soutien administratif aux activités de collecte de fonds tenues dans le cadre de l'Omnium canadien RBC, de l'Omnium féminin CP et des évènements privés s'adressant aux donateurs. Le candidat idéal doit être organisé et prêt à mettre la main à la pâte pour accomplir le travail qui peut parfois être de nature physique dans le cadre du processus de montage et de démontage du matériel d'évènement. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES :
- Aider à la coordination de l'administration des collectes de fonds.
- Participer à la préparation des initiatives et évènements de la Fondation pour 2026.
- Assurer la liaison entre les comités de bourses d'études et de subventions d'une part, et les parties prenantes, les entreprises et les donateurs individuels.
- Aider à l'administration des bourses d'études et des subventions ainsi qu'à la gestion des données.
- Soutenir le personnel d'évènements de la Fondation pour la tenue d'évènements et le bilan de suivi.
- Aider aux ventes des billets de tirage 50/50 et à l'administration des bénévoles à l'Omnium canadien RBC et à l'Omnium féminin CPKC.
- Soutenir l'intégrité de la base de données de la Fondation et aider à la gestion des renseignements des donateurs.
- Effectuer des recherches d'occasions de collecte de fonds, de donateurs potentiels et de subventions pour la Fondation et les sections de First Tee – Premier départ Canada.
- Personne proactive, sociable et enthousiaste, capable de travail autonome et en équipe.
- Souci rigoureux du détail et des échéances.
- Fortes compétences informatiques, en communications, organisationnelles et interpersonnelles.
- Accès à un poste de télétravail avec connexion internet rapide et fiable.
