Your Impact

  • Lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction administration, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Deliver innovative water, wastewater, and stormwater solutions that enhance community resilience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regional and national offices to meet client objectives.
  • Drive business growth through client engagement, proposal development, and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and empower junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation with 5–8 years of experience delivering complex municipal projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in Manitoba's municipal engineering market and regulatory environment.
  • Technical proficiency in civil design for water supply, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems.
  • Bilingual (French and English) communication skills are an asset.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is advantageous.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
