Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food handling, restaurant operations, or the food industry is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer engagement while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
  • Support team members with food service tasks, including serving and food delivery when needed
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
