We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Conversionist with a proven track record in SaaS product sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and adept at nurturing leads through the entire sales funnel transforming prospects into loyal customers. This role blends sales expertise, marketing insight, and data-driven strategy to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales conversion for SaaS products—from lead qualification to deal closure.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with conversion goals and customer segments.

Leverage CRM tools and automation systems to manage pipelines, track engagement, and optimize customer journeys.

Analyze buyer behavior, funnel performance, and conversion data to continuously improve sales efficiency.

Conduct demos, product walkthroughs, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 6 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology product sales.

Strong background in sales conversion, pipeline management, and digital marketing.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
