Given our growth, we are currently looking for a General Superintendent to join our Toronto 

team .

The Employee will be expected to perform the duties and responsibilities normally associated with this position and any other related duties that may be assigned by the Employer, from time to time. In addition to the duties of the General Superintendent position, the Employee's role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for health and safety on construction sites (compliance with procedures and prevention).
  • Distribution of personal protective equipment.
  • Responsible for productivity and quality control on construction sites.
  • On-site control of projet management/comprehension by formen in real time.
  • In collaboration with the Operations Director, you will be responsible for evaluation of foremen and hiring site personnel.
  • In collaboration with the Operations Director, you will be responsible for discipline management.
  • Participation in weekly operations meetings.
  • Distribution of company promotional items.
  • Ensure thet the corporate culture is maintained on construction sites (rigor, punctuality, etc.).
