Job Description
Responsibilities:

The Consultant will report to the Assistant Director, SAP ERP Ecosystem and AI tooling, and will be responsible for:
  • Delivering security solution designs based on business, operational, technical, and security requirements, and IT strategies.
  • Assessing technology solutions for compliance with Bank Cyber Security directives and standards.
  • Mitigating cyber risks with project teams.
  • Applying threat modeling to cyber security risk measurement and reporting.
  • Researching and monitoring technology developments and industry trends, assessing their applicability, and recommending technologies.
  • Contributing to the development of Cyber Security Solution Architecture processes, AI tools, standards, and templates.
  • Attending meetings to socialize program objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support evolving business needs.
  • Performing other activities and deliverables as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in the IT field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions architecture.
  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience working in a cyber assessment program.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and application of security policies and security technical standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with different architecture and design techniques and tools (e.g., object-oriented, top-down, structured analysis, component-based design).
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge securing a Microsoft Azure environment with AI tools such as AI Foundry, Fabric, Github Copilot, and Databricks.
Additional Qualifications (Considered Assets):
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian Financial Market Infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Security assessment frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001 and 27002.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with an enterprise architecture framework and group.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and best practices in software architecture and architectural/design patterns and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge to recommend threat detection tools to counteract evolving risks in the AI space.
