Summary

The graphic designer is responsible for creating, preparing, and finalizing visual designs for signage, vehicle graphics, and other print and digital display materials. The role supports both the sales and production teams by transforming client concepts and specifications into high-quality, production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities include:


•Develop creative concepts and designs for various types of signage


•Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand project goals, branding and design preferences


•Ensure designs align with client brand standards and company quality guidelines


•Provide mockups, proofs and visual renderings for client approval


•Developing accurate, production-ready artwork files for production and installation


•Working closely with production team to ensure designs are compatible with materials and production methods


•Update and maintain an organized digital filing system for artwork and client projects


•Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally to clients for feedback and approval


•Make revisions based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity and deadlines


•Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth project workflow from design to completion


•Support production team as needed to ensure layout guides, measurements and installation is completed accurately

Skills and Qualifications:


•Proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator


•Knowledge or experience with Flexi Sign is considered an asset


•Strong understanding of print production processes, vinyl cutting, and large format printing


•Attention to detail, especially regarding scale, measurement, and colour accuracy


•Excellent communication and time management skills


•Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $49,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
