We are looking for an experienced Investment Accountant to join the Montreal team. This person will be responsible for tracking the company's investment portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Organize investment holdings and support portfolio management, including return calculations, budgeting for capital calls, and tracking distributions.
  • Review and synthesize quarterly reports from investment managers and deliver clear summaries to leadership.
  • Monitor cash activity and ensure timely deposits to optimize yield and liquidity.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed to support reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and business information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience supporting UHNW/HNW individuals or families, including personal financial reporting and cash flow management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
