Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team at Bridgeview Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying powderpaint to various components, contributing to the quality and aesthetics of our products.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint using powder coating equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with general labor tasks as required in the manufacturing process.
• Work in the blast booth when needed.
• Other factory jobs as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in painting or labor-intensive roles is an asset but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to painting and manufacturing.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
