Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pitas, smoothies, cookies, and grilled items following company recipes
  • Use kitchen equipment safely (grill, oven, knives, blender, pita press, etc.)
  • Take customer orders with friendly, high-quality service
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Stock ingredients and maintain clean, organized workstations
  • Sanitize prep areas, customer space, bathrooms, and storage regularly
  • Follow Pita Pit standards for uniform, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products
  • Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
  • Available for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Punctual, reliable, and respectful
