We're looking for a Cabinet Engineer who's not only skilled in Cabinet Vision but also enjoys problem-solving, automation, and creative thinking — someone who can help us push the boundaries of what a modern cabinet shop can do.

What You'll Do

• Engineer and prepare detailed Cabinet Vision drawings for production
• Generate cut lists, CNC programs, and material take-offs
• Develop and maintain design standards, catalogs, and parametric data
• Help automate repetitive engineering tasks using UCS scripting or coding (VBasic or similar)
• Collaborate with sales and production to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Innovate — improve systems, reduce bottlenecks, and streamline workflows

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with Cabinet Vision (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Solid understanding of cabinetry construction and shop processes
• Interest or experience in computer coding, automation, or process optimization
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Positive, humble, and creative attitude — a team player who loves improving things
