Our North Shore clinic in Vancouver is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. Located in scenic North Vancouver, this clinic serves an active and outdoorsy clientele, from young professionals to retirees, who take full advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings What You'll Do Deliver high-quality care to every client that walks through our door Use your own clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love, longer Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload Participate in mentorship, clinical workshops, and ongoing education Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow Why You'll Thrive at Myo Manageable Caseloads: Build your practice at a pace that allows for high-quality 1:1 care Supportive Onboarding: A 90-day plan tailored to your success, including mentorship from experienced clinicians At least 2 in-clinic mentors dedicated to your personal growth and development Professional Growth: Access to our Leadership In Training (LIT) Program, personal development opportunities, and education workshops Dynamic Team Culture: Work alongside passionate, like-minded professionals in a collaborative and inspiring environment Engaged Client Base: Treat clients who are motivated to invest in their movement health and wellness About You Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college Insured with appropriate liability coverage Passionate about delivering client-centered care, including proactive follow-ups and flexible scheduling An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive client experience What We Offer Competitive Compensation: A competitive fee split + annual $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement + bonus payouts for team member referrals Financial Stability: The unique option to start with a structured monthly Stipend Model for your first three months—designed to provide stability and ease your transition into building a caseload, before moving onto our standard fee split. Step 2: In-Person + Practical Interview with the Clinic Director + Lead Clinician Come visit our clinic and see the Myo-difference firsthand Led by Vancouver clinical leadership, the Practical allows us to see your clinical expertise in action. At this stage, you'll demonstrate your skills and approach + have the opportunity to connect with the team
