We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. As a Dismantler, you will play a crucial role in the disassembly of various machinery and equipment, ensuring that all components are handled safely and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties

  • Disassemble machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to dismantle components.
  • Sort and categorize parts for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of dismantled items and their condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in dismantling machinery preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
  • Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and grinders is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
