motivé(e) pour soutenir nos opérations et contribuer au succès de nos projets.

Votre rôle

Vous serez au cœur des opérations, en soutien direct aux gérants de projets et aux équipes de terrain. Vous assurerez la coordination, la logistique et le suivi administratif de projets de gicleurs, tout en maintenant un lien constant avec les entrepreneurs et les différents intervenants.

Responsabilités clés


• Soutenir les gérants de construction et de projets dans la gestion quotidienne


• Ouvrir et lancer les nouveaux projets dans nos systèmes internes


• Assurer le premier contact avec les entrepreneurs généraux


• Gérer la documentation et les dossiers administratifs


• Préparer et suivre les plans, fiches techniques et documents d'approbation


• Passer les commandes de matériel et planifier les livraisons selon l'avancement des chantiers


• Effectuer le suivi des ordres de changement et analyser les écarts entre plans et travaux


• Négocier les prix avec les fournisseurs


• Maintenir une communication fluide entre tous les intervenants du projet


• Suivre les budgets, les heures travaillées et approuver les factures


• Gérer les retours de matériel et les commandes spécialisées


• Utiliser les plateformes de gestion telles que PlanGrid, Procore et Dropbox


• S'assurer que les plans et informations techniques sont toujours à jour pour toutes les équipes


• Préparer les documents de démarrage et les manuels de fin de projet

Profil recherché


• Formation en gestion de projet, construction ou domaine connexe (atout)


• Expérience pertinente en coordination, idéalement en protection incendie ou construction


• Excellente organisation, sens des priorités et communication claire


• Aptitude en négociation et gestion de fournisseurs


• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de gestion de projets


• Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
