Schedule Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans
• Perform a variety of treatments including facials, peels, and laser services
• Deliver outstanding client care and foster lasting relationships
• Ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for at every visit

Treatments & Technology

• Perform treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser hair removal
• Safely operate and maintain advanced laser and skincare equipment
• Stay current with evolving industry trends, tools, and techniques

Client Education

• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product usage
• Recommend professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes

Clinic Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
• Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies
• Accurately document client records and treatment details

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This is a labour-intensive role that requires standing for long periods of time, performing repetitive motions, and using hands and arms continuously throughout the day
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where focus, precision, and endurance are essential
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (moving small equipment or products as needed)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical or clinical aesthetics setting
• Laser certification or proven laser experience required
• Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures
• Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals
