Project & Workstream Leadership

• Develop business cases to secure funding for upcoming initiatives.


• Champion a customer‑focused culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage the Bank's capabilities and expertise.


• Embed the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture into daily decision‑making.


• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to business controls and compliance requirements, including those related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk.

People & Stakeholder Management


• Support a high‑performance culture through coaching, communication, and talent development.

Candidate Value Proposition:

Pay Range - $66.00-$82.00

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 8+ years relevant working experience in banking and capital markets

2) 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst

3) Project/workstream management experience

4) MS Suite tools experience: Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint (advanced)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Client onboarding process experience

2) Experience working with and understanding client data

3) Salesforce experience

Soft Skills Required:


• Strong communication skills
