Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in multiple project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure structured execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by supervising team members and managing vendor relationships to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality management to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and requirements management processes to define clear project deliverables.
  • Manage risks proactively through risk management strategies and contingency planning.
  • Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Project Server for project planning and tracking.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Implement change management practices to adapt project scope or objectives as needed while minimizing disruption.
  • Monitor project performance metrics using data analysis skills and data collection techniques for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by applying project management methodologies such as PMBOK and organizational frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT project management with expertise in Salesforce, ERP systems, Workday, Basecamp, Visio, and Product Management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and Program Management frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Project Server.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with supervising experience in managing teams of varying sizes.
  • Effective vendor management skills coupled with negotiation capabilities to secure favorable terms.
  • Expertise in risk management strategies to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Data analysis skills for tracking progress and making informed decisions based on collected data.
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering processes and requirements management tools like Visio or SAS for detailed documentation.
