Richmond BC VX A, Canada Resolve Sleep Health Inc Full time $70,000 - $110,000 per year

At Resolve Sleep Health, we believe that better sleep leads to a better life — and we're on a mission to help Canadians from coast to coast wake up healthier, happier, and more energized.

As Canada's largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 120 clinics (and growing), we're transforming the way patients experience care. Through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, we're making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing.

We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our British Columbia region.

As a Nurse Practitioner with our virtual sleep clinic, you'll support patients with sleep health solutions by prescribing treatment and providing education on lifestyle management and supportive therapies, including supplements and GLP-1 medications. The Virtual Clinic provides remote support for our group of sleep health clinics as a complement to therapy through CPAP or for individuals with mild to moderate sleep apnea through hormonal testing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and other sleep related therapy consultations. This is a flexible, fully remote role, with the location determined by the province in which the successful candidate is licensed to practice.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess sleep health, provide treatment plans, and diagnose sleep apnea solutions where appropriate
  • Review and interpret sleep studies and related assessments
  • Prescribe and manage appropriate therapies (e.g., CPAP, oral appliances, supplements)
  • Provide patient education on sleep hygiene, nutrition, and lifestyle
  • Collaborate with referring physicians
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including clinical teams, and operational staff, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery.
  • Participate in our virtual call centre team and provide follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards, including adherence to nationally recognized accreditation and regulatory guidelines for virtual care.

What you bring:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the province(s) you intend to support, following standards of NP practice with prescribing controlled substances
  • Experience in sleep medicine, respiratory therapy, or primary care preferred
  • Knowledge of supplements and integrative wellness approaches is an asset
  • Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a remote, flexible environment
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, videoconferencing)
  • Secondary languages are an asset

Why you'll love working here:

We know our people are the key to our success, so we invest in making Resolve a great place to work, with:

  • Competitive pay
  • Professional development & license fee reimbursement
  • A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture

This is more than a job — it's a chance to make a real difference. Apply today at

We're committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will provide accommodations as needed throughout the hiring process.

We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
