We're looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager to lead full-cycle payroll and oversee our HR systems across a multi-site environment. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee experience while supporting our growing People & Culture function.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for salaried, hourly, commission-based employees and independent contractors.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, audits, reconciliations, ROEs, statutory requirements, and benefits deductions.
  • Own and optimize the HRIS (workflows, data integrity, permissions, troubleshooting, vendor coordination).
  • Build and maintain people analytics reports (headcount, turnover, payroll metrics).
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to support planning and workforce processes.
  • Support system and process improvements within our digital HR roadmap.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in payroll and HRIS; multi-site experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario ESA, payroll legislation, and independent contractor rules.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP experience is a bonus, not required).
  • Excellent detail orientation, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
