We are seeking an experienced
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join Adamson's Executive Team and lead all aspects of financial management, including planning, analysis, capital strategy, external relations, and risk management. The CFO will play a key role in driving expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships while ensuring Adamson's financial strength, global competitiveness, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Adamson's long-term business goals, including market expansion and product diversification.
• Partner with the President/CEO and executive leadership to define financial frameworks for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Evaluate and lead financial aspects of expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Build financial models for new ventures, capital investments, and international market entry.

2. Investor & Banking Relations

• Manage relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
• Support potential capital-raising initiatives, debt restructuring, or equity funding as needed to fuel expansion.
• Prepare investor reports and presentations, ensuring financial transparency and confidence in the company's performance.

3. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for the management.
• Manage external audits and regulatory compliance.

4. Operational Finance & Cost Optimization

• Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with production schedules and capacity planning.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
• Implement and monitor key financial metrics.

5. Risk Management & Governance

• Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks that ensure transparency and accountability.
• Oversee insurance, legal, and regulatory compliance in all operational jurisdictions.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance and accounting team that supports operational and strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across departments.
• Promote cross-functional coordination between all departments.

7. Systems & Process Optimization

• Strengthen financial systems and reporting processes using the company's M1 ERP platform and business intelligence tools.
• Introduce automation and analytics-driven financial planning to enhance accuracy and decision-making.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to improve forecasting, costing, and data visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or CFO capacity.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments.
• Strong background in financial planning, M&A analysis, and investor or banking relations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling organizations and improving financial performance.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (preferably M1 or similar), budgeting tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on involvement in operational details.
