Toronto ON MB R, Canada Vault Credit Corporation Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Vault is a non-bank private mortgage lending company. We have a progressive, friendly work environment and a culture of growth. We are looking for a hard-working Administrator to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative processes of investment products. You will be working in a fun, fast paced professional environment where being detailed orientated with strong time management skills are critical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-populate appropriate subscription documents.
  • Responsible for tracking investor deals and material changes.
  • Liaise with other team members, investors and dealers
  • Follow-up with various third-party service providers via email, phone or online portals.
  • Prepare and review AML forms and report suspicious transactions as required.
  • Allocating investor's fund according to their preferences while keeping the overall capital needs in mind.
  • Investigate any discrepancies and non-compliance.
  • Is familiar with mutual fund trust closing procedures and completes them in a timely manner.
  • Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting as required.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and execute in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills.
  • Strong written and oral communicator.
  • Personable and professional.
  • Successfully adapts to changing situations.
  • Energetic, works independently within the team.
  • Problem solver and a master at puzzles.
  • Self-motivated and does not require direction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Previous financial service experience an asset.
