Smoke Master Cigars is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Mississauga team. We're one of Canada's fastest-growing cigar retailers, and we want someone who takes pride in delivering a great in-store experience while helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

You don't need cigar experience — we can teach that — but you do need strong people skills, consistency, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  • Assist customers in selecting cigars and accessories (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and rotate inventory in the humidor
  • Support daily store operations and follow store procedures

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
  • Willingness to learn cigar knowledge quickly
  • Weekend availability
  • Retail experience is an asset

Additional Assets (Not Required)

If you have any of the following, it's a bonus:

  • Basic video editing experience (IG/TikTok/Youtube content)
  • Social media or marketing experience
  • Experience with Shopify POS
