We're looking for a Fabrication Manager who wants more than a job — someone ready to lead, innovate, and build a world-class fabrication department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily shop operations across fabrication, CNC, print, and paint.
Plan production schedules and manage workflow for efficiency and quality.
Mentor and motivate a skilled team of fabricators and installers.
Review design drawings for accuracy and buildability.
Implement production standards, checklists, and accountability systems.
Drive continuous improvement, safety, and team development.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installers to deliver high-quality work on time.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication, millwork, or signage production.
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflow.
Organized, detail-driven, and proactive.
Motivated to build systems, not just follow them.
Passionate about quality, precision, and growth.
