Inter-All Limited is a rapidly growing, project-management-focused General Contracting firm with in-house capabilities in painting, millwork, construction management, and quality control.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction. This role supports full-cycle estimating, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, and bid strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare full-cost estimates, including GC, painting, millwork, and carpentry scopes.

  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.

  • Review drawings, specs, and tender documents.

  • Coordinate bid submissions and subcontractor outreach.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Purchasing, and Quality Control.

  • Maintain cost databases and support process improvement.

  • Support project handoff documentation.

  • Provided weekly reports to management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years estimating experience.

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings.

  • Experience with estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam).

  • Strong Excel and data skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

  • Millwork or painting estimating an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $40,066.21-$80,000.00 per year
